CanvasMart strives to anticipate the needs of its customers by stocking as many of the items listed on our website as possible. Due to the custom nature of many of our products and because we also operate a physical storefront, at times items purchased on the website may not be available for immediate shipping. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and will have the option to wait for our re-stock or be refunded. The only exception to this pledge is for custom orders - if we need to manufacture anything to your specifications (i.e. anything that is not pre-fabricated), a one- to two-week manufacture period should be expected.
CanvasMart will exchange/repair products within 14 days that are defective due to manufacturer error; however, this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not extended to items that have been damaged due to improper use or negligence. Shipping of the item back to CanvasMart will be at the customer's expense.
If you have a product you wish to exchange/repair, please send an email to sales@canvasmart.com with the details of your exchange/repair request BEFORE you send the item to us. Please allow up to 30 days for your exchange/repair to be processed.
Please verify all address information at the time of your order. CanvasMart is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. Packages returned to CanvasMart as a result of an invalid or incorrect mailing address will be subject to a return shipping fee.
