Engineered for Extremes: The Triple-Layer Thermal System

Standard vinyl skirts act as a windbreak, but they offer very little thermal resistance. To truly conquer the cold, you need insulation. We have developed a proprietary construction method that combines durability with high-performance thermal retention.

The Construction

We utilize a heavy-duty lamination process that creates a waterproof, windproof thermal barrier:

  1. Dual-Layer 10oz Vinyl: We use high-grade 10oz vinyl on both the exterior and interior faces. This ensures that the skirt is tear-resistant, easy to clean, and fully waterproof on both sides.

  2. Bonded Poly Core: Sandwiched between the vinyl is a layer of premium bonded polyester insulation. We choose bonded poly because it is lightweight, creates an effective air gap, and resists the "slumping" common in cheaper insulation materials.

The Result? A skirt that stands up to gale-force winds and sub-zero temperatures, drastically reducing heat loss through the floor of your RV.
